Our design engineers, well experienced in their profession, are assisted by latest CAD/CAM equipment work stations’ and software tools like Pro/ENGINEER – Wild Fire 5, Auto Cad - 2010, Unigraphics -  NX4, Mold Flow Analysis – MPI 2010 (R-2) version, Delcam - 10 Version, to meet the requirements of any complex 3-D profiles.

All our moulds are designed on powerful CAD/CAM workstations, which simplify the process of understanding customer detain a variety of file formats like IGES, VDA, DXF, STEP, DWG etc. and electronically convert to relevant format and transmit it to our machine tools.

VTC having latest CAD/CAM work stations that are integrated with our high-end CNC Machining tools. This capability ensures VTC’s guarantee of cavity-to-cavity and mould-to-mould component interchangeability.
