VTC has a moulding shop, in the name of Renuka Plastic Crafts Pvt. Ltd., a sister concern of VTC, having ISO 9001:2008 certification.  With the state of the art micro-processor controlled injection moulding facilities for validating the moulds manufactured by VTC, and to undertake the production of Plastic components.

RPC is equipped with a range of modern injection moulding machines from 45 ton up to 400 ton, which allow us to process virtually any thermo plastic material to meet the needs of our customers. With over Nine years of experience in moulding business, we have gained levels of expertise that is unrivaled. Our philosophy is to produce components to our customers' requirement on time, engineered to exacting as per ISO 9001:2008 quality standards.

We have hands-on experience in processing both commercial and engineering materials in transparent, opaque, glass filled or reinforced grades. RPC has moulded a variety of products from thin walled components to engineering items and supplied large quantities of threaded caps by using its fully automatic unscrewing moulds.
